Tracking Progress

There are many ways to track progress, but this might be the most technologically savvy for those of you who will dutifully follow along via this blog.

Using Spot, a tracking and GPS service, we will have a transmitter that will allow you to see where we are. Normally used by hikers or campers in remote areas, or in the trunks of cars by suspicious spouses or parents, Justin and I welcome this tracking device into our limited gear for its ability to give you peace of mind, as you will know that we have yet to be eaten by bears. It works by allowing us to update this map, letting you know that we are okay or, in the event of an emergency, we can send our GPS location to 911. You can follow along at Spot's website by selecting this link.
